I love summertime.

Longer hours in the sunshine, fresh food from Farmer’s Markets, and friends with more free time.

So, why not take advantage of this time by making new recipes?  I sure did.

A little dinner consisting of roasted chickpea tacos with nopales, roasted tomatoes and cilantro on homemade corn tortillas.

Another with rosemary chicken pasta, balsamic green bean salad, and lemon blueberry cheesecake.
