Hi! I am Katie, a twenty-something cardiac nurse living in Kansas City. I love cooking, especially with whole and nutritious foods, and trying out new restaurants. Running used to be my main form of exercise but now I love doing group fitness classes- my favorites include BodyPump, Pilates, Bootcamp and Yoga.
